Vane MG, a Colombian multidisciplinary artist and designer based in London since 2015, entered the design world in 2009. Notably, she spotlighted Latin American women’s significance in her projects since 2015. Her impactful works adorn London’s prestigious Kew Gardens, where she became the first artist to paint inside its walls during the Orchid Festival. Vane MG showcased Afro-Colombian roots at Tate Modern and contributed to Wellcome Collection Museum. As a London street artist, she infuses vibrant hues across the city, collaborating with collectives like WOM and Art House Project. Her diverse mediums include painting, street art, digital illustration, and art videomapping. Characterized by neon colors, her art blends Colombian roots, toy design, anime passion, and realistic female portraits, seeking to integrate cultural elements from the past into a vibrant present, forming her unique identity.
